1. Scope of Services

ALTRAK USA LLC (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “MyPureZone”) provides professional odor removal services utilizing industry-standard protocols, equipment, and chemical solutions, including but not limited to ozone treatment, ULV fogging, thermal fogging, and enzymatic products. Services are tailored to address the specific odor(s) identified and reported by the client. Any additional, undisclosed, or new odors may require additional services and fees.

2. No Guarantee of Complete Odor Removal

We are committed to honest results, not unrealistic guarantees. While we utilize advanced technology and professional procedures to maximize odor elimination, we do not guarantee 100% odor removal in all cases.
Some odors may be absorbed deeply into materials (such as subfloors, carpet padding, drywall, insulation, wood framing, HVAC systems, etc.) and may require removal or replacement of those materials for full resolution—such work is outside the scope of our services.

By booking service, you acknowledge:

If the odor source is deeply embedded, complete elimination may require demolition or replacement of affected materials.
Our process is not a “magic wand” but a professional, evidence-based approach that is highly effective for most, but not all, cases.
Long-term or severe contamination (for example, years of smoking or extensive pet urine) may require additional steps or restoration not included in a standard odor removal service.

3. Our Approach to Difficult Odors

If an odor persists after service:

We offer one complimentary re-treatment within 7 days of the original service, provided the client promptly notifies us in writing and no new contamination has occurred.
If the odor still persists after re-treatment, we will provide honest guidance regarding next steps, such as material replacement or demolition, which are outside the scope of this agreement.
We strive to partner with each client to find a real solution, not just provide a temporary cover-up.

4. Transparent Communication & Service Limitations

We do not promise results beyond our professional control.
Final results depend on the type, age, and source of the odor and the condition of affected materials.
When the contamination is in materials like carpet padding, drywall, or framing, only their removal or replacement will guarantee full resolution.
Some surfaces may retain a residual odor even after multiple treatments.
We are not responsible for odors that reoccur due to continued smoking, ongoing contamination, water intrusion, or lack of property maintenance.

5. Client Responsibilities

By booking service, you agree to:

Provide unimpeded access to the property at the scheduled service time.
Ensure that the area to be treated is completely dry and free of standing water.
Remove all pets, people, plants, and living beings from the area during and for at least 12 hours after ozone treatment.
Turn off and, if possible, remove portable electronics, laptops, external hard drives, oil-based paintings, collectibles, and other valuables from the treatment area.

Electronics and Valuables Disclaimer:
To date, there is no scientific evidence that properly conducted ozone treatments harm modern electronics or ferrous metals. Nevertheless, out of an abundance of caution and to protect your valuables, we advise clients to power off and, if possible, temporarily remove portable electronics, collectibles, and artwork from the area being treated. This helps ensure peace of mind for everyone. ALTRAK USA LLC / MyPureZone cannot accept responsibility for any damage to items left exposed during treatment.

Follow all safety instructions and post-treatment guidelines provided by ALTRAK USA LLC.

6. Health & Safety

Our treatments involve chemicals and ozone gas which can be hazardous if inhaled.
No persons, pets, or plants are allowed to enter the treated space during the process and for at least 12 hours after ozone treatment.
A faint ozone-like smell after treatment is normal and will dissipate over time. You may open windows and doors to ventilate if desired.

7. Post-Treatment & Expectations

The service fee is due regardless of the outcome, as the fee covers labor, equipment use, and professional expertise.
If the odor persists after re-treatment, you agree to discuss further options such as additional remediation or material replacement (these are not included in the standard service).
Persistent odors may result from factors outside of our control, such as hidden contamination, structural issues, or new contamination after service.

8. Re-Treatment Policy

We offer one complimentary re-treatment within 7 days of the original service if notified in writing and no new contamination has occurred.
Any additional treatments beyond this are billed at standard rates.

9. Payment Terms & No Refunds

Payment is due in full upon completion of service, unless otherwise specified in writing.
All sales are final and non-refundable, except at the sole discretion of ALTRAK USA LLC.

10. Warranty & Limitation of Liability

All services are performed in accordance with industry standards and best practices.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL ALTRAK USA LLC (dba MyPureZone), OR ITS EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR REPRESENTATIVES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY, THAT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY THE CLIENT FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICES PROVIDED.

We are not liable for:

Any structural, pre-existing, or hidden conditions of the property
Any health issues resulting from the client's failure to follow safety guidelines and instructions
The return or persistence of odors due to undisclosed contamination, new contamination after treatment, or client’s actions
Damage to unprotected electronics, paintings, aquariums, collectibles, or any valuables left in the treated area

By booking or receiving our services, you agree that the maximum liability of ALTRAK USA LLC / MyPureZone, for any reason, shall not exceed the total fee paid for the specific service rendered.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ALTRAK USA LLC (MyPureZone), its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions, safety instructions, or preparation requirements.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the county where service was provided.

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates are effective upon posting to our website.

14. Acceptance

By booking, purchasing, or receiving services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
